From Overseas India is a Hindi program on FM COCOLO broadcasting on Monday in every two weeks from 8 to 9 P.M. hosted by DJ Sunny Francis.

In this week's edition, Sunny picks-up Jagjit Singh's 2003　álbum [Close To My Heart]. The álbum features his renditions of classic Bollywood songs rather than a film soundtrack. It contains iconic tracks like "Waqt Ne Kiya," "Kahin Door Jab," and "Ek Pyar Ka Naghma Hai," with music arranged by Deepak Pandit.

From Overseas India is a Hindi program on FM COCOLO broadcasting on Monday in every two weeks from 8 to 9 P.M. hosted by DJ Sunny Francis.

In this week's edition, Sunny picks-up Nana Patekar and introduces his career. He turned 75 years old on 1/Jan. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest and most influential actors in Indian Cinema, Patekar is recipient of three National Film Awards, four Filmfare Awards, two Maharashtra State Film Awards and Filmfare Awards Marathi respectively for his acting performances. He was bestowed with the Padma Shri award in 2013.

And it is India's Republic Day! To celebrate, Sunny plays patoriotic songs throughout the program.
