As you may not know him, but he's 90 year old lyricist still active. One of the most well known works is Jai Ho from the film Slumdog Millionaire in 2008.

He has won 5 Indian National Film Awards, 22 Filmfare Awards, one Academy Award and one Grammy Award. Even in 2024, Gulzar was awarded the Jnanpith, India's highest literary award.
