C: Ahh, yun ba?
Aba! Bakit puno ito ng balat ng sibuyas?
C: Gagawin kong tsaa iyan. Pampababa ng presyon.
N: Ahh ... Siguro hindi lamang bababa ang presyon mo ... gaganda pa ang balat mo!!
C: Bibigyan kita ng balato sa sinabi mong iyan!!!

in English

N: Cindy, what did you post on your FB? Are you really looking for bullets? What kind of bullet are you talking about?
C: Ohh .. that one! I forgot to write what kind of bullet. That’s because I found a slingshot in my grandpa’s wooden chest.
N: But there aren’t slingshots nowadays. We used corks or small stones in the old days.
C: Stones could break windows and it could damage my avocado tree. Cork is better because it’s soft!
N: I have a lot of corks at home. I’ll borrow this basket and put the corks here. Hey! why is it full of onion peelings?
C: I’ll make tea with that. It lowers blood pressure!
N: Ohh, it might not only be lowering your blood pressure, it will also make your skin better!
C: I’ll give you a bonus for what you said!

Every 3rd week of the month, DJ Mina introduces you great OPM music. It is the album [A Love Album] by Jaya, released in 1999.

Jaya is a soul singer, rapper, record producer, actress, dancer and presenter of mixed Jamaican and Visayan descent. She is the first Filipino recording artist to chart in the United States, as her debut single "If You Leave Me Now" peaked at 44 at the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

The album consists of songs taken from an earlier Jaya album, released in the United States in 1989, as well as songs recorded specifically for the 1992 Japanese release. In 1992, while touring Japan as a backup singer and keyboardist for American R&B artist Stevie B., Jaya was approached by the Japanese label Toshiba/EMI to make an album for Japanese release.
