Filipino Lesson(Oktubre, 2025)[10.2 thu]

Every first broadcast of the month, our program gives a friendly and easy-to-learn Filipino lesson. We dedicate the program to all who would like to learn the Filipino language, particularly to those of Filipino descent.

Dialog in Filipino (OCTOBER 2025):
N: Mukhang ang layo nitong paaralan Ninyo, Cindy.
C: Tingnan mo ang ganda ng tanawin! Langhapin mo ang sariwang hangin.
N: Oo nga.
C: O, nandito na tayo sa Mini Pavilion ng Pilipinas.
N: Pwede bang gamitin itong tsinelas na goma?
C: Aba, oo naman para makasali ka sa larong “tumbang preso”.
N: Hindi ko na yata kaya iyan. Doon na lang ako sa korner ng paggawa ng bracelet na yari sa Goma!
C: Kayang kaya mo pang magtumbang preso!
N: Binobola mo lang yata ako! Sige na nga,
C: Tingnan mo iyung jeepney na gawa ng mga estudyante mula sa karton!
N: Ang galing. Magparetrato tayo.
C: Okay. Tunay na goma ang gulong niyan!!

Dialog in English (OCTOBER 2025):
N: Seems like your school is very far, Cindy.
C See the scenic view! Breath the fresh air.
N: Yeah.
C: We are here at the mini Philippine Pavilion.
N: May I use the rubber slipper?
C: Of course, so you can join the “Knock down the prisoner” game.
N: I don’t think I can still do it. I’ll just go to the corner that is creating bracelets made of rubber!
C: You can surely do the “Knock down the prisoner”.
N: You are only trying to flatter me! Ok then.
C: Look at that jeepney made by the students out of cardboard!
N: That’s great. Let’s take a picture.
C: Okay. The tires are made of real rubber!
